E Ink Spectra™ 3000 is a three color ePaper offered (Red/Black/White or Yellow/Black/White) for retail and electronic shelf tag labels (ESL). Products using Spectra have the same high-contrast, sunlight readable, low-power performance of E Ink's other display types - now with a pop of color. The first generation of Spectra, E Ink Spectra™ 3000, features black, white and red or yellow particles.

Based on the based off E Ink's Advanced Color ePaper (ACeP™) platform. ACeP is a high quality, full color reflective display where the ink can produce full color at every pixel, without the use of a color filter array (CFA).
Gallery Plus has a color gamut ideally reaching 60,000, an improvement over the first generation of Gallery. The contrast ratio is improved by 40%, from 10 to 14, providing a more impactful visual experience. -

An E Ink Kaleido™ Module is comprised of a TFT backplane, Ink layer, Color Filter layer and Protective Sheet.
E Ink Kaleido™ utilizes a new printed Color Filter Array (CFA) technology in conjunction with E Ink's second generation Carta ink, which is faster and brighter than previous generations. E Ink Kaleido™ is ideal for image-rich information applications such as charts, graphs, maps, photos, comics and advertising. Suitable for eReader, eNote, signage, wearable devices, and so on. -
E Ink Carta™
Black & White particles makes high contrast ratio diplay
E Ink Carta™ offers 2 colors (black & white). It delivers a dramatic 50% increase in contrast over earlier generations, giving displays a contrast ratio close to that of a paperback book. The crisp text and detailed graphics are also highly readable in direct sunlight. Carta's 16 levels of grey produce the sharpest rendering of images with smooth tones and rich detail.

Cold temperature ESL
E Ink Aurora™ was developed to address retailers' needs to integrate digital signage into cold temperature display cases, such as refrigerators or freezers. With operating temperature ranges of -15 to 10 degrees C and 0 to 50 degrees C, Aurora offers the same benefits as E Ink's other display platforms - paper-like readability with a wide viewing angle. In addition, displays using Aurora are low power, running off of 2 small cell batteries, with a life-time of 5 years.
